SingTel's Global Delivery Platform (GDP) is a managed IP VPN (Internet Protocol Virtual Private Network) platform that provides end-to-end network performance monitoring across multiple IP networks. As part of SingTel's ConnectPlus suite of services, GDP enables node-to-node network visibility across SingTel and our Partners' networks, which includes in-country domestic coverage.

Non-intrusive verifiers are deployed across ConnectPlus IP VPN and participating Partners' IP networks. Periodic test packets are then generated to measure Service Level Guarantee (SLG) parameters such as latency, jitter and packet delivery, for different Class of Service (CoS). The raw data is then polled, processed and presented through an online portal for customers to monitor and track the health of their network.

GDP delivers comprehensive reporting of traffic performance for operational network monitoring and maintenance, resulting in faster fault isolation and restoration. With the ability to provide 24/7, real-time, on-demand access to network performance statistics, SingTel is able to offer performance-based SLG for our ConnectPlus IP VPN service.
