Under Business SLG, SingNet guarantees 100% Service Availability. In the event that a Customer experiences Service Unavailability, SingNet will issue a credit calculated on a pro-rated basis of the fixed monthly recurring charge as detailed herein. One (1) day of credit is calculated as one (1) day of a month. Business SLG is applicable to SingNet Ethernet Access and SingNet Direct Access. Maximum rebate for the same month shall not exceed the monthly recurring charge.
