Premium SLG
Under Premium SLG, SingNet guarantees 100% Service Availability and an average round trip Network Latency not exceeding 300ms. In the event that a Customer experiences Service Unavailability or an average round trip delay of more than the aforesaid time, SingNet will issue a credit calculated on a pro-rated basis of the fixed monthly recurring charge as detailed herein. One (1) day of credit is calculated as one (1) day of a month. Premium SLG is applicable to SingNet Leased Line Access, SingNet ATM Access and SingNet MetroEthernet Access. Maximum rebate for the same month shall not exceed the monthly recurring charge.
