SingNet's TIMEBANK applies to the following packages where free usage is entitled, i.e
- All ISDN Personal Plans (both 64k and 128k)
- All Personal, Business, Student Dial-up Access Plans
- All SingNet BroadBand Consumer Time-based and Volume-based* Plans.

2. Special Circumstances
Users who change their plan or userid will still enioy the SingNet's TIMEBANK benefit to have the unused hours from the previous plan/userid carried over to the new plan/userid.

* Volume-based Plans will get the unused volume carried forward to the next month.
