SingTel Analogue Local Leased Circuit (ALLC) is a dedicated voice-grade circuit that uses the existing telephone cable network to connect between two points in Singapore.
In the event a fault is reported by the customer and investigation reveals that there was no fault found, a charge will be imposed. The charges will be basd on SingTel's prevailing rate:
Per visit charge of S$100^ per man per hour, for a minimum of 2 hours. Subsequent hours are charged at S$100^ per man per hour, to the nearest hour.
Different charges (Visitation Charge x Factor) will be applied during other periods - see table below
