SingTel Backhaul Service
SingTel Backhaul Service is an end-to-end, managed service that connects SingTel's cable stations for designated cable systems to SingTel's Global Network Connection Centre (GNCC) or to Requesting Licensee's Point-of-Presence (PoP).

Users of SingTel's Backhual Service
SingTe'sl Backhaul service is offered to Facilities-Based Operators (FBOs) who are owners of IRU capacity or long-term lease on the designated submarine cable(s) on SEA-ME-WE-3 (SMW3), SMW4, Asia-Pacific Cable Network (APCN), APCN2 and etc cable systems.
The requesting FBO can use Backhaul service to access its own cable capacity on the cable system in which the requesting FBO has IRU ownership.
