Class of Service

SingTel Local ATM supports three of the most universally accepted Classes of Service (CoS). You have the choice to select the most appropriate CoS for each application. 

• Constant Bit Rate (CBR) - Offers strict bandwidth guarantees for real-time applications
• Variable Bit Rate-non real-time (VBRnrt) - Designed for bursty traffic with no-delay constraints but requires low cell loss ratio.  Customers can have an average sustained cell rate (SCR) with allowance to burst up to peak cell rate (PCR) when required
• Unspecified Bit Rate (UBR) - Designed for delay-tolerant data applications

With just one port, SingTel Local ATM enables the integration of your data, voice and video traffic. Integration of multiple traffic types, in turn, optimises network efficiency and manageability.      

A Wide Selection of Speeds

SingTel Local ATM's wide selection of port speeds from 2Mbps, 34Mbps, 45Mbps to 155Mbps and PVC bandwidth from 384kbps to 145Mbps, gives you the flexibility to subscribe to  the bandwidth most suited for your business requirements.

Seamless Connectivity to Other Services

Besides local connectivity, SingTel Local ATM allows seamless connection with SingTel International Frame Relay and SingTel International ATM to provide end-to-end solutions for overseas connection.  You are also able to connect to STIX and Internet access to an ISP through SingTel Local ATM network.
