Time and Day Manager will solve the problem of maintaining a 24 hour operation by simply routing calls to another location or number after office hours or during the weekends.
What happens when there is a power failure at my premises? Make use of SingTel Emergency Routing services and there will not be any lost business opportunities! Calls can be routed to another location in the event of a disaster at your premises. This serve as a contingency plan.Would I be able to retain my number if I shift my office? You would be able to retain your number even when you shift your office to another location in Singapore. How do I make an UIFN call? UIFN calls can only be made from phones with IDD facility.To make a UIFN call, the caller will need to dial the following number format: IAC-800-XXXX-XXXX Note: IAC is the International Access Code of the country where the caller is calling from. How many UIFN numbers can I apply for? You can only apply for one UIFN number per company. Can I apply more than one International Toll-Free Service Number for Inbound ITFS? Yes. For International Toll-Free Service, you can apply as many ITFS numbers per country as you wish. (For example, one International Toll-Free number to be connected to a telephone line, and another International Toll-Free number to be connected to a fax number.) However, for UIFN, you can only apply for one UIFN number per company.
