1. Day and Time Manager - routes your ITFS calls to a specified number (local or overseas) on designated times of the day after office hours or during the weekends. You will not need to maintain your operation 24 hrs a day!
2. Call Distributor - distributes the proportion of ITFS calls that have to be routed to specified telephone numbers. You will be able to manage your resources more efficiently by balancing the load of the calls .
3. Call Sorter - gives ITFS callers the option of selecting various customised announcements, e.g. Press 1 for a Mandarin operator.
4. Call Forwarder - routes ITFS calls to another specified telephone number should the ITFS number be busy or unattended.
5. Call Limiter - allows you to manage your call flow by limiting the number of simultaneous ITFS calls to a specified telephone number.
6. Queue & Retry - ensures that ITFS calls are placed in a queue when the line is engaged. Should the line be engaged, SingTel ITFS calls will be placed in a queue. An announcement will inform the ITFS callers that they will be attended soon.
7. Emergency Routing- ensures that business opportunities are never missed even during a disaster at your premises. This is done simply by arranging with us in advance which number to route the calls to.
8. WATT - enables you to better manage your ITFS traffic and detect unusual call patterns.
