Access Modes to Join a Conference |
Dial-In
Upon registration, a set of conference telephone number and conference code is provided to the Conference Moderator to disseminate to the intended participants. Dial in a few minutes prior to the pre-arranged start time. The respective participants will pay for their own long-distance carriers for their IDD calls*, while the Moderator will pick up the overall conference connection fee.
*Each overseas participant has the option of calling into the conference by using their SingTel International Calling Card (ICC).
Dial-In Toll-Free* /In-Country Local Access **
This Enhanced Access conference option allows overseas Moderator/participants to dial a given Toll-Free or In-Country Local Access number to join the conference. The Conference Moderator will pay for the total access of all participants, in addition to the overall conference connection fee.

Dial-Out
This access option offers the convenience of having a SingTel Conference Coordinator or Moderator to establish the connection. If via Conference Coordinator, the Conference Moderator provides the name and phone number of each participant. The Conference Coordinator will call each participant just prior to the start of the conference. Else Moderator can do a self-dial out via the web audio console or phone keypad function.The Moderator will pay for all the dial-out charges based on SingTel IDD/V019 rates along with the overall conference connection fee.
Mixed Conference Set-ups
A combination of any of the above conference options can be supported to meet your individual conferencing requirements.
