Web Portal User Guide
To login to Web Portal:
1. Login to www.singtel.com/worldconference 2. Select Moderator Login and type your Email Address 3. Key in Password
Useful Applications of the Web Portal: Manage your Conference reservations
1. From the menu panel, click Schedule Meeting 2. Enter conference details 3. Select required features such as Recording and Dataconferencing 4. Click Book (a confirmation page with details of the conference will be displayed)
Send an Email Meeting Invitation You can send an invitation using any of the 3 modes below :
- Select participants from your Conference Address Book1 (note: an updated email invite will be sent if you change the meeting details)
- Launch a Microsoft Outlook calendar appointment, complete with scheduled conference details
- Forward the conference details from your email client
Launch the Audio Console to manage your audio conference call effortlessly
1. From the menu panel, click My Schedule 2. Your conference reservations for the day will be displayed 3. Select the desired conference 4. Click Launch Console 5. Click Launch Audio Console Only
Launch a data conference session for an interactive meeting
1. From the menu panel, click My Schedule 2. Your conference reservations for the day will be displayed 3. Select the desired conference 4. Click Launch Console 5. Click Launch Audio and Data Console
Access Post-Conference Usage Reports
1. From the menu panel, click My Account 2. Click Conference Reports 3. Select the desired report format 4. Click Generate Report
