Assistance with call difficulty and/or faults

If you encounter difficulties in making your overseas call, please call 1608 to check on the line condition. There may be instances of circuit congestion or cable fault at the overseas destination.

You can also call 104 to check if the overseas number is valid, or whether the dialing sequence is correct.
