What are the service variants under SingTel WorldConference?
We have four service variants under SingTel WorldConference.  They are:-

(a)    Audioconferencing provides voice exchanges with multiple parties using just the telephone.

(b)    MShow Distance Presentation allows you to deliver your presentation via the Internet integrated with audioconference using the telephone or with audio streaming via the Internet.

(c)    Document Sharing allows real-time collaboration of electronic files via the Internet integrated with audioconference using the telephone.

(d)    Multipoint Videoconferencing allows individuals to see and hear one another in a conference. We provide the bridging facility to connect 3 or more parties who wish to conduct videoconference via ISDN and have videoconferencing equipment.

How do I decide which conferencing service is suitable for me?
It depends on what you need. 

(a)     If you need to only hear one another, Audioconferencing is the solution for you. 

(b)     If you need to do a presentation, consider MShow Distance Presentation. 

(c)     If you need to collaborate on some electronic files, Document Sharing will be able to meet your needs. 

(d)     If you need to conduct videoconference with 2 other individuals with videoconferencing setup, WorldConference provides multipoint videoconferencing bridging facility. If you need to conduct videoconference with another individual with videoconferencing setup, you do not need WorldConference service.  You simply need a videoconference equipment (on ISDN line) to conduct a point-to-point videoconference.

Can I use SingTel WorldConference service if I do not have any Singapore party? 
Yes, you can use SingTel WorldConference service even if there is no Singapore party involved. This means that you can use the service even when you are travelling or that you can arrange for SingTel WorldConference service for your overseas offices.  The bill can be charged to any Singapore telephone number or SingTel ICC card (application is free).

This is my first time using SingTel WorldConference service.  How do I sign-up or register? 
There is no sign-up or registration needed. 

Simply call our Conference Centre at 1800 532 1188 (S'pore local toll-free) or +(65) 6532 1188 (overseas) when you need to use WorldConference service or visit our website at http://www.singtel.com/worldconference.  Click on “Application Form” icon (on the right-hand frame of the browser) and choose on your desired conferencing service.
