  2. I can already roam using my SingNet account. Why would I need BizWeb Solutions Roaming?
    BizWeb Solutions Roaming allows companies who are subscribed on BizWeb Solutions the convenience of roaming via their BizWeb Solutions user accounts. In this way, company staff can still login to the BizWeb Solutions web portal to access their company emails or retrieve important documents while out of office or overseas. Moreover, companies need not disclose their SingNet access line userid and password to their staff, thereby preventing hijacking of their SingNet access account.

  5. Can I choose to de-activate roaming for specific BizWeb Solutions accounts?
    By default, roaming is disabled for all accounts. Login at http://bizroam.singnet.com.sg using a BizWeb Solutions account with administrator rights to toggle roaming on and off for users within the same domain. This allows your company control over the roaming expenditure of your employees, as well as offers you peace of mind against surreptitious abuse of your BizWeb Solutions user accounts for roaming.

  6. Is there any way for me to check the roaming usage history for my company?
    This feature is not available at the moment and would be included in the next phase of enhancements.

  7. Who should I call if I encounter any problems while roaming?
    If you are in Singapore, please call the usual BizWeb Solutions hotline at 1800-8447227, which is toll-free.
    If you are overseas, the BizWeb Solutions helpdesk is still reachable at +65 63147415. However, do note that IDD charges apply.

  8. Can I use the SingNet Global Roaming iPass dialer to login to BizWeb Solutions roaming?
    No. You have to use the dedicated BizWeb Solutions iPass dialer if you wish to roam using your BizWeb Solutions user account. Conversely, you would not be able to login using your SingNet userid (@singnet) on the BizWeb Solutions iPass dialer.
