BlackBerry Internet Service is designed to allow you to set up multiple work and personal email accounts to work with your BlackBerry Wireless Handheld, such as MSN? Hotmail?or POP3/Internet Service Provider (ISP) email.

Please check on your BlackBerry handheld version. Only BlackBerry software v4.0 and above supports Chinese characters for displaying and composing emails in Chinese.

No. Your configured email accounts will not be updated as emails are pushed to you via your BlackBerry customized address (username@singtel.ap.blackberry.net)
