1. What is BlackBerry Internet Service?
   BlackBerry Internet Service is designed to allow you to set up multiple work and personal email accounts to work with your BlackBerry Wireless Handheld, such as MSN? Hotmail?or POP3/Internet Service Provider (ISP) email.

2. How is this different from BlackBerry Enterprise Solution?
   Unlike BlackBerry Enterprise Solution which requires setup and maintenance of a BlackBerry Enterprise Server to manage the link between BlackBerry Wireless Handheld, email and other enterprise applications, BlackBerry Internet Service allows users to access to their emails upon a simple setup over the internet.

3. Can the same BlackBerry handheld be used for both BlackBerry Enterprise Solution and BlackBerry Internet Service?
   Yes. The only difference will be the setup and configuration of the handheld to have your emails redirected to your BlackBerry handheld.

   BlackBerry Internet Service supports:

   Yes. You will be able to customize an email address ?username@singtel.ap.blackberry.net with your subscription.

6. How much storage space is available for my customized BlackBerry Internet Email address?
   If you have upgraded to BIS v2.0, the new email management allows a 30 days' auto-aging feature and your BlackBerry mailbox never gets full.

    BlackBerry Internet Service on 3G SIM is only available on BlackBerry 7100g, BlackBerry 7290 and BlackBerry 8700g.

11. Why can’t I reply to the Chinese email from my BlackBerry?
    Please check on your BlackBerry handheld version. Only BlackBerry software v4.0 and above supports Chinese characters for displaying and composing emails in Chinese.

13. I have configured my Yahoo! Email account to be pushed to my BlackBerry handheld, will the emails deleted from my BlackBerry handheld be deleted on my Yahoo! account?
    No. Your configured email accounts will not be updated as emails are pushed to you via your BlackBerry customized address (username@singtel.ap.blackberry.net)

    Yes. Emails deleted on your BlackBerry handheld will automatically be deleted from your BlackBerry mailbox.
