FaxPlus 012 service uses the data compression technology which allows efficient utilisation of bandwidth. This means lower transmission cost and greater savings for you.

After you dial 012 + country code+ area code+ destination number, your fax machine will connect to the SingTel fax server, which will search for the destination fax machines. Upon locating the destination fax machine, your fax machine will start to transmit the document. This process is similar to IDD service.

FaxPlus 012 service requires no adaptor and no installation. It is easy to use, just dial 012.
