Enhanced Access service is an international toll-free access service that allows the conference moderator (chairperson) and participants to start and join a conference call from major international business locations. 

The use of these toll-free numbers enables moderators and participants to enjoy savings on international call charges.

2.    Crisis Conference

Crisis Conference has the capability to conduct a blast dial conference call to a pre-registered list of participants who need to be contacted at short notice or in an emergency situation. All you need is to dial a dedicated number to activate and the system will automatically dials out to the list, freeing you the hassle of contacting every individual separately.

3.    Meet-Me-Secure

Meet-Me-Secure is an added security feature for confidential and sensitive information exchanges.

The added security feature is a 2-factor authentication where everyone joining the conference call is provided a unique PIN. This PIN identifies each individual in the conference call. As such, any security breach can be discovered and unauthorised access blocked out.
