BudgetCall 013 is an alternative international voice service available to all customers of fixed and mobile phone lines. You can make overseas calls to more than 240 destinations from any direct lines, PhoneNet, ISDNs and mobile phone lines equipped with a SingTel IDD access.

Assistance with call difficulty and/or faults
If you encounter difficulties in making your overseas call, please call 1608 to check on the line condition. There may be instances of circuit congestion or cable fault at the overseas destination. You can also call 104 to check if the overseas number is valid, or whether the dialing sequence is correct.
