Q1: Can I make a call from any phone using SingTel ICC™?
Yes, SingTel ICC™ gives you the freedom to call from any phone virtually anywhere in the world. You can call from any push-button phone, including public payphones, mobile phones and telephones (some phones may require IDD access). Please note: Some public payphones overseas may require the deposit of coins or phone card. ICC access may not be available from certain countries when dialing from mobile phones. Q3. How will I know which is required, my PIN or Password, when I make a call ?
When making self-dial calls, you will need to enter your PIN. However if you require an operator-assisted call, you will need to provide your password for verification.
Q4: What should I do if I forget my PIN or password?
Call our hotline at 1800-838 3322 (24 hrs) to request for a new PIN. If you are overseas, call the SingaporeDIRECT access numbers to speak to our operator.Q5: How do I change my PIN? Self-dial calls are charged in blocks of 6 seconds whereas operator-assisted calls are charged in blocks of 1 minute. Please click here if you would like to find out how you can make an operator-assisted call.Q7 : When do I make payment?
SingTel will send you your bill monthly, if you have incurred charges to your ICC. You will pay via the mode of payment you have selected at the time of application. Q9 . What if my office PABX bars 4-digit numbers (i.e. 1898), can I still make an ICC call?
Please dial 6668 1898 to make a SingTel ICC™ call if your PABX bars 4-digit access codes. However, local charges apply when dialing this number.
