HOW TO USE WORLDCARD^TM

CALLING TO OVERSEAS FROM SINGAPORE

Note: To call Malaysia, Country Code is '020'

1. Dial 1899 (toll-free) or 6 668 1111. At the voice prompt, enter your language choice. Enter '1' for English, '2' for Mandarin, '3' for Japanese, '4' for Tamil, '5' for Malay or '6' for Bengali.

2. Enter the 12-digit card number found behind the card, followed by the '#' key. The system will inform you the credit balance of the card.

3. Press "1" for IDD Service. Press "2" for Economy Service. Press "3" for Local    Call. Press "0" for Other Options. Enter country code, area code, telephone number of the party you wish to call, followed by the '#' key. The system will inform you the maximum talktime allowed based on the credit balance of the card.

4. Enter telephone number you wish to dial, followed by the '#' key.

CALLING TO SINGAPORE FROM OVERSEAS / CALLING TO OTHER COUNTRY FROM OVERSEAS

1. Dial the toll-free country access number.
(All access numbers can be found in the Quick Reference Guide)

2. At the prompt, enter your language choice.

3. Enter card number found behind the card, followed by the '#' key.
(The system will inform you the credit balance of the card)

4. To call Singapore, press '2'. To call other countries, press '1'.

5. Enter the telephone number of the party you wish to call, followed by the '#' key. The system will inform you the maximum talktime allowed based on the credit balance of the card.

Note : An operator will assist you if you are on a non touch-tone phone.

MAKING A LOCAL CALL WITHIN SINGAPORE

1. Dial 1899 (toll-free) or 6 668 1111.
2. Select language choice.
3. Key in 12-digit card number, followed by the "#" key.
4. Key in "3" for Local Call.
5. Enter the telephone number of the party you wish to call, followed by the '#' key.

* Public Payphones require deposit of coin or phonecard. Depending on the country, these may be returned to you on completion of the call.

** Only available from phones with IDD facility but not from mobile phones.

+++ Access from dedicated phones in Tehran Airport, Azadi Hotel and Ramtin Hotel in Iran.

    At voice prompt, press '2 #' for More Options, followed by '0 #' for Operator Assistance. Each call is charged at per minute block.

Some hotels restrict access to toll-free numbers. A service charge may also apply for calls placed through the hotel. Please check with the hotel reception on service charges.Please note that access numbers are not toll-free when dialling from a mobile phone. All rates do not include any surcharges or taxes imposed by hotels and overseas telecommunications companies.
